Download and print the appropriate application form. Completed forms may be submitted to a unit officer or brought to a meeting.
- Auxiliary Membership Application – for regular members (wives, widows, mothers, sisters, daughters, Women Marines, and other eligible relatives)
- Associate Membership Application – for women who support the Auxiliary’s purposes but do not meet regular membership eligibility
- Oath of Obligation form for Initiation (to be added)
Note: Associate Members cannot hold elected Unit, Department, or National office and cannot vote on Department or National issues, membership applications, or election of officers.
